CAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen® Latin America recently held important meetings for its customer service teams in Brazil, as well as in Panama. Taking place every four months, the meetings are intended to help Aviagen customer teams better serve their customers by keeping them current on the latest and most effective broiler and breeder management techniques.
On Aug. 8 and 9, Brazilian sales and customer service teams assembled in Sao Pedro, state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Latin America Excluding Brazil (LAEB) teams met during Aug. 16-18 in Panama. Optimal nutrition, PS and broiler performance updates, and current best practices in broiler and breeder management were among the hot topics on the agenda. The information was presented by sales and technical service leaders from both regions.
“At Aviagen Latin America, our goal is to continuously improve our knowledge in management for the benefit of our customers,” explained Marco Aurelio Araujo, Aviagen Brazil technical services manager. “Our internal training meetings are important and effective forums for sharing late-breaking internal industry news and advice.”
Jorge Amado, head of Technical Services for Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean, agreed on the importance of the meetings. “Our sales and service teams dedicate their time and energy to making a positive difference and adding value for our customers each day.”
For Osvaldo Bolinaga, head of Technical Services for South America excluding Brazil, “the meetings enable us to provide new and efficient tools for our teams to improve the health and welfare of customer flocks and the success of their businesses.”
