CAMPINAS, Brazil – During the final “Connect Aviagen” seminar for 2018, Aviagen® Latin America welcomed 70 Ross® 308 AP customers from Northeast Brazil. The event was held on Nov. 13 in Recife, state of Pernambuco.
During the seminar, Aviagen experts offered their advice for improving business success with the Ross 308 AP, focusing on boosting productivity through optimal broiler and pre-processing management. The open format of the event encouraged great interaction among attendees and lively discussions.
According to Aviagen Brazil Regional Sales Supervisor Edson Carvalho, “Because of its favorable traits – including a healthy growth rate, environmental resistance and feed efficiency -- the demand for the Ross 308 AP bird in Northeast Brazil continues to grow consistently. These seminars are among the many ways we connect with customers and demonstrate our commitment to their success. Our ongoing goal is help them reach the highest performance, health and welfare possible.”
Marco Aurelio Araujo, Aviagen Brazil technical services manager, added, “Aviagen is a learning organization committed to continuous improvement. We welcome opportunities to share knowledge of the latest Ross advancements with our customers, so they can effectively feed their local communities with an affordable and sustainable source of protein.”
Organized to address issues relevant to Brazilian Ross 308 AP growers, the Connect Aviagen seminars were held at various locations throughout the country. They were intended to “connect” with customers, listen to their ideas and share effective management practices with them.
“We do believe the seminars represent a great opportunity to interact regularly with our customers, which is a crucial part of our business strategy in the region,” concluded Abilio Alessandri, business manager for Aviagen Brazil.
