Juan Carlos Velez and Jorge Amado share expertise in Ross and Arbor Acres bird managements
CAMPINAS, Brazil – On Oct. 14 and 21, Aviagen® Latin America was pleased to host the second and third sessions of its second webinar series, intended to strengthen commitment to Arbor Acres® and Ross® customers during the Covid-19 pandemic, which still persists worldwide.
On Oct. 14, Aviagen Veterinarian and Technical Service Manager Juan Carlos Velez engaged 600 Ross customers in a conversation on how to optimally manage breeding females in the production stage, with the goal of producing the maximum number of excellent-quality chicks with high livability, while minimizing business costs.
And continuing on Oct. 21, Veterinarian and Head of Technical Services for Aviagen Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean (CAME) Jorge Amado explored with customers methods for maximizing aspects such as body weight and uniformity during breeding and production for successful male management.
