They also exchanged thoughts on market challenges and opportunities with the Ross 308 AP.
“We’re strongly committed to our customers in this region, and enjoy opportunities to share up-to-date market developments with them,” explained Jairo Agostini, Sales Manager for Ecuador, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia. “Ross birds are a good fit Ecuadorian markets due to their favorable meat yield, livability, feed efficiency and environmental resistance, and for this reason their popularity continues to grow year on year.”
Osvaldo Bolinaga, head of Technical Services for South America Excluding Brazil (SAEB), added that he and his team work closely with customers in Ecuador and throughout South America to help them maximize the genetic potential of Ross broilers and breeders. “A core value for Aviagen is continuous improvement, and meetings like these in Ecuador are so important in sharing with our customers the updated management practices to help them get the very best performance possible.”
